In 2019, Top Drawer Construction were proud to complete this commercial, single story extension, in Windlesham, Surrey. Part of a retirement home renovation for elderly and less abled residents; it was important the building was comfortable to live in, and provided ease of access.

Completion of this single story extension project, enabled us to transform a small studio apartment into a one bedroom apartment.

This was a listed building, so we were tasked with providing materials and finishes that matched the traditional look and standard, as a result. In order to maintain and compliment its traditional look, we utilised bespoke design features such as the roof tiles and style of rendering.
